I'm actually playing Bombalurina in a local theatre company of mine and one of my good friend was cast as Demeter, (which is extremely convenient for us!) and our inteepretation o their relationship is that Bomba and Demeter are sisters, Bomba being the older, more protective, yet flirtation cat (who happens to have a deep crush on Macavatiy!) while Demeter is the younger, more innocent and yet serious out of the two. lol that's only my opinion..i just wanted to get it out there lol :).

I did this song in my Theatre Group for competition. I was Bombalurina, and my friend was Demeter. I did some research to be able to get into the character more, and I found some vary intresting things. Anyway, I love this song, and this version is outstanding. I have to laugh when I watch this though, because it reminds me of the lovly costume I wore for it. Good times... :)

I love how Demeter and Bombalurina look ao much alike and are like best friends, yet they act so differently! Demeter is more serious and Bombalurina is more flirty! Love this song!
